Do you ever dream of making it through the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Are you looking to get in some extra cardio in your fitness routine? Do you need help staying motivated to run? Do you want to shoot for a personal best but need an extra push? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our 5K Running Training Program is for YOU!!!

This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Run with your baby (we are a stroller friendly running group) or run with your mom tribe! You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. Each Run Club session leads to an optional local race. Spring and Fall Sessions offered each year. Select a session from the schedule below to enroll.

Each Run Club session provides the following:

  • A weekly training plan, that will personalize your training so you build up your mileage gradually
  • Informative talks on running related subjects, such as: proper form; hydration/fuel; shoes; stretching; injury prevention
  • A private, closed Facebook group for all participants
  • Weekly Saturday group runs with a certified FIT4MOM running coach

*Registration includes Run Club shirt.
